ಜನವರಿ 27 2025 ಇಂದು ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ತಂಗಡಿಗಿ ಅವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ,ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿರುವ 25 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ತಾಯಿ ಭುವನೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಿಯ ಕಂಚಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನ ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಭುವನೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಿಯ ಅರ್ಚನೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಶಿಲ್ಪಕಲ ಶೈಲಿಗಳಾದ ಹೊಯ್ಸಳ, ಚಾಲುಕ್ಯ, ಕದಂಬ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಶಿಲ್ಪ ಕಲೆಗಳ ಶೈಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಬೃಹತ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾಡ ದೇವಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯು ಕೇವಲ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ, ಅದೊಂದು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನದ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬವಾಗಿ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾಡ ದೇವಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಹಿಂದೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನಕ್ಷ ಚಿತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಬ್ಬು ಶಿಲ್ಪ ಇರಲಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಾಡಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೆತ್ತಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕ ನಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕೆತ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ತಂಗಡಿಗಿಯವರು ಹೇಳುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಯ್ಸಳ ಲಾಂಛನ, ವೈ ಜಯಂತಿ ಮಾಲೆ, ಕಂಠಿಹಾರ, ಗಂಡ ಬೇರುಂಡ, ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಕಲಾ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಇರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ನಾಡ ದೇವತೆಯ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪನೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾರಿ ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಹೊರಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನಪೀಠ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರು ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಡಿನ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಮಹನೀಯರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು ಹೂವಿನ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
January 27th 2025 Current Affairs : January 27, 2025 Today, under the chairmanship of Kannada and Culture Minister Shivaraj Thangadigi, Karnataka Chief Minister Shri Siddaramaiah will unveil the 25-foot tall bronze statue of Mother Bhuvaneshwari Devi at the west gate of Vidhan Soudha. The worship of Bhuvaneshwari Devi will be held every day, and it is said that this huge statue has been built by adopting the styles of sculpture such as Hoysala, Chalukya, Kadamba and modern sculpture. The statue of Nada Devi does not just appear as a statue, it is seen as a reflection of the self-respect of Kannadigas. There will be a map of Karnataka and a relief sculpture behind the statue of Nada Devi. The Nad Geeta is engraved on the back of the statue, and a geographical map is engraved on the front. Kannada and Culture Minister Shivaraj Thangadigi said that among the items there will be the Hoysala emblem, Y Jayanti garland, Kantihara, Ganda Beruanda, and other art pieces. He said that during the installation of the idol of this goddess, a procession will be taken out along the way, and portraits of Jnanpith awardees and renowned dignitaries of the country will be placed in it and the flower procession will be carried out.
