ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಷ್ಯಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವ್ಲಾಡಿಮಿರ್ ಪುಟಿನ್ ಅನೌಪಚಾರಿಕ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೈನಿಕರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮೋದಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದರು.ಕಳೆದ ತಿಂಗಳು ರಷ್ಯಾ-ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಸಂಘರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೈನಿಕರು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರು, ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೈನಿಕರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ.3 ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ಪುನರಾಯ್ಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಮೋದಿಯನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದ ಪುಟಿನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭಾರತದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು”

ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಲು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಸಂತಾನೋತ್ಪತ್ತಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗ ಸಮಾನತೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸುತ್ತದೆ 2024 ಥೀಮ್: “ದತ್ತಾಂಶ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಚಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ”1989 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ನೇಷನ್ಸ್ ಡೆವಲಪ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಂ (UNDP) ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.45/216 ನಿರ್ಣಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ 1990 ರಲ್ಲಿ UN ಜನರಲ್ ಅಸೆಂಬ್ಲಿಯಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕೃತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 788.84 ಕೋಟಿ (2021 ಜನಗಣತಿ) .2050 ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 970 ಕೋಟಿ ಮತ್ತು 2100 ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 10.9 ಬಿಲಿಯನ್ ತಲುಪುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ.ಏಷ್ಯಾದ ಪಾಲು: 475 ಕೋಟಿ (2021), 2050 ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 530 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ.ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಶೀಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಫ್ರಿಕಾ ಕೂಡ ತ್ವರಿತ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
