Suicides in the 15-29 age group accounted for 67% of the total suicides, making young adults the most vulnerable age group. In 2021, the male to female suicide ratio 72.5: was 27.4. Daily wage earners constituted 26% of the suicide victims, the largest group in the suicide data. Family problems, illness, drug addiction/alcoholism, marriage related problems and love affairs were the main reasons for suicide.

July 12th 2024 Current Affairs : England’s national football team made history by reaching their second consecutive European Cup final with a thrilling 2-1 semi-final win over the Netherlands. A last-minute goal from substitute Ollie Watkins gave England a hard-fought victory. Spain and England will meet in the final on July 14, with Spain looking to lift the trophy for the fourth time. England are determined to win the championship after finishing as runners-up in 2021. Team captain Harry Kane scored a penalty goal in the 18th minute as the first half ended 1-1. Spain beat France 2-1 in the first semi-final to enter the final.
