ಕೆಪಿ ಶರ್ಮಾ ಓಲಿ ಅವರು ಜುಲೈ 15, 2024 ರಂದು ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ನೇಪಾಳದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು.72 ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಓಲಿ ಅವರು ಹೌಸ್ ಆಫ್ ರೆಪ್ರೆಸೆಂಟೇಟಿವ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಪುಷ್ಪ ಕಮಲ್ ದಹಾಲ್ ‘ಪ್ರಚಂಡ’ ಅವರ ಉತ್ತರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಪೌಡೆಲ್ ಅವರು ಶಿತಲ್ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಓಲಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು.ಒಲಿ ನೇಪಾಳದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಲು ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ 30 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು.ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಓಲಿ ಅವರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಉಭಯ ದೇಶಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಸ್ನೇಹವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಕಟವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ನಾನು ಎದುರು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
July 16th 2024 Current Affairs : KP Sharma Oli was sworn in as the Prime Minister of Nepal for the fourth time on July 15, 2024. At the age of 72, Oli succeeds Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ who lost a vote of confidence in the House of Representatives. President Ramachandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to Oli at the Shital residence. Oli is the leader of Nepal’s largest Communist Party and has been appointed to lead the new coalition government. He must receive a vote of confidence in Parliament within 30 days of his appointment. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Oli on his appointment and said he looks forward to working closely with him to further strengthen the friendship between the two countries. Said.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಕೃತ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳ ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1949 ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕಾಯಿದೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವಿತ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ (ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ) ಕಾಯಿದೆ-1970 ಮತ್ತು 1980 ಕಾಯಿದೆಗೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬಹುದು. ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದರೆ, ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ತನ್ನ ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 51% ರಿಂದ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ.2021ರ ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಕಾಯಿದೆಗಳ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಸೂದೆಯನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು, ಆದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.ಜುಲೈ 22 ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಮಸೂದೆಯ ಪರಿಚಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ, ಜುಲೈ 23 ರಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
July 16th 2024 Current Affairs : The government plans to amend the Banking Regulation Act 1949 and other related acts to facilitate the privatization of nationalized banks. The proposed amendments may include changes to the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer) Act-1970 and the 1980 Act. If implemented, the amendments will reduce its stake in state-owned banks from the current 51%. The government had listed the Bank Acts Amendment Bill in the winter session of 2021, but it was not tabled. The upcoming Parliament session, which begins on July 22, is expected to witness the introduction of the bill, with the Union Budget scheduled on July 23.
