ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಇದು ಒಂದು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಇರುವ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ. ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ನಿಗೂಢತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಚ್ಚರಿ ಪಡುವಂತಹ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷವೂ 2 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥನ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ರಥೋತ್ಸವ ಜರುಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ರಥೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ಬಂದು ಭಗವಂತನ ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತಹ ದೇವರ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ವಿಷ್ಣುವಿನ ಎಂಟನೇ ಅವತಾರ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಈ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ದಾರು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ದಾರು ಎಂದರೆ ಮರ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಎಂದರೆ ನಿಗೂಢ ರೂಪಿ, ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಹೃದಯ ಭಾಗ ಇದೆ ಇದೆ ಇದೆ ನಂಬಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.ಈ ವಿಷಯದಂತೆ ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯವೂ ಕೂಡ ಹೊಸ ಹೊಸ ರೀತಿಯ ಚಮತ್ಕಾರಗಳು ನಿಗೂಢಗಳು ರಹಸ್ಯಮಯ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳು ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.ಜುಲೈ 7 2024ರಂದು ಜರುಗಿದ ರಥೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾನುಲಕ್ಷ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾದರು. ಅಂಕಿ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ರಥೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 10 ರಿಂದ 20 ಲಕ್ಷ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವಂತಹ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯು ವಿಸ್ಮಯ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ರಹಸ್ಯಮಯ ಸಂಗತಿ:
1) ನಾವುಗಳು ದೇವರ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಲಿನಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಲೋಹಗಳಿಂದ ಕೆತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನ ನಾವು ಕಂಡಿರುತ್ತೇವೆ ಆದರೆ ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತಹ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳ ರೂಪವೇ ಒಂದು ಚಮತ್ಕಾರ. ಈ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ದಾರು ಮರದಿಂದ ಅಂದರೆ ಬೇವಿನ ಮರದಿಂದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆತ್ತಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಏನೆಂದರೆ ಕೆತ್ತಲಾದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಆಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲ.2) ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಸುಭದ್ರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಲರಾಮನೊಡನೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಣ್ಣಂದಿರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪೂಜಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ಏಕೈಕ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವೆಂದರೆ ಅದು ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಈ ದೇವರ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇವಿನ ಮರದಿಂದ ಕೆತ್ತಲಾಗಿದೆ.3) ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಏನೆಂದರೆ, ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಗೋಪುರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾರಾಡುವ ಧ್ವಜ . ಈ ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಕೂಡ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಈ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯು ಬಂದ ಕಾರಣ ಒಂದು ದಿನವೂ ಕೂಡ ತಪ್ಪುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಹದಿನೈದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನ ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಕೂಡ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗದು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ.4) ಗೋಪುರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾರಾಡುವ ಧ್ವಜದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಏನಪ್ಪಾ ಎಂದರೆ ನಾವು ಒಂದು ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನ ಗಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅದು ಗಾಳಿ ಇರುವ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರುತ್ತದೆ ಆದರೆ ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾರುವ ಧ್ವಜವು ಗಾಳಿ ಬೀಸುವ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರುತ್ತದೆ.5) ಹಾಗೆ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಗೋಪುರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಣಸಿಗುವ ಚಕ್ರವೂ ಸುಮಾರು 12 ಅಡಿ ಅಷ್ಟು ಎತ್ತರವಿದೆ, ಈ ಚಕ್ರವು ನೀವು ಎಷ್ಟೇ ದೂರದಿಂದ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು ನೋಡಿದರೂ ಕೂಡ ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀವು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು ನೋಡಿದರೂ ಕೂಡ ಈ ಚಕ್ರವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಯೇ ತಿರುಗಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ.6) ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಅಚ್ಚರಿ ಸಂಗತಿ ಏನಪ್ಪಾ ಅಂದರೆ ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಕೂರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಕೂರುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಮಾನಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಹಾರಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಚ್ಚರಿ ಅನಿಸಿದರೂ ಕೂಡ ಇದು ನಿಜ ಸಂಗತಿ. 7) ಗಿಡ ಮರ ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಪಕ್ಷಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಏನೇ ಇರಲಿ ಅದರ ನೆರಳು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದೆ ಬೀಳುತ್ತದೆ ಆದರೆ ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಗೋಪುರದ ನೆರಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಗೋಚರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಇದು ಅಚ್ಚರಿಯನಿಸಿದರು ಕೂಡ ನಿಜ.8) ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಅಚ್ಚರಿ ಸಂಗತಿ ಏನಪ್ಪಾ ಅಂದರೆ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಸಮೀಪ ಒಂದು ಸಮುದ್ರವಿದೆ ಈ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಅಲೆಗಳು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಆ ಶಬ್ದವು ನಮಗೆ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಆದರೆ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಶಬ್ದವು ನಮಗೆ ಗೋಚರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪೂರಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವು ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹತ್ತು ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯ ಅಚ್ಚರಿಯ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗೂಢವಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

Jagannath Temple Rathotsava is held for 2 days every year. Millions of devotees from all over the world come to this chariot festival and worship the Lord’s grace. The idol of Lord Vishnu in the form of Krishna, the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu, is worshiped in this temple. This idol is called Daru Brahma. In the Puri Jagannath temple, new and new wonders, mysteries and mysterious things are seen every day. Lakhs of devotees received the grace of God in the Rathotsava held on July 7, 2024. Mysterious facts about Puri Jagannath Temple:
1) We have seen idols of God carved out of stone or metals but the form of idols like the one in Puri Jagannath Temple is a spectacle. These idols are carved from Daru tree i.e. neem tree, another special thing is that the carved idols have no shape. 2) In this temple the only temple where Lord Krishna, Subhadre and Balarama are worshiped along with their brothers is Puri Jagannath Temple these god idols are carved from neem tree. 3) Another special thing is, Flag flying on the tower of Puri Jagannath Temple. This flag is changed every day and since this practice has been around for many years, not even a single day goes wrong. If there is a mistake, the door of this temple will be closed for the next fifteen years and even worship will not be possible. So the practice continues even today. 4) What is special about the flag flying on the tower is that if we hold a flag in the wind, it flies in the direction of the wind, but the flag flying on the Puri Jagannath temple flies in the opposite direction of the wind. 5) Similarly, the wheel seen on the temple tower is about 12 feet long. It is high, no matter how far you stand and look at this wheel, it is visible to you, so no matter where you stand, it looks as if this wheel is turning towards you. And birds don’t fly, although it may seem surprising, this is a fact. 7) Plant, tree, animal, bird, human being, whatever the building is, its shadow falls on the earth, but the shadow of the tower of Puri Jagannath temple is never visible on the earth for any reason. When we are outside we can see that sound but when we enter the temple we do not see any kind of sound. Similarly, Puri Jagannath Temple has ten other amazing things kept a mystery.
