ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೇಗಳು ಲಿಮ್ಕಾ ಬುಕ್ ಆಫ್ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದೆ. ಈ ದಾಖಲೆಯು ಹಲವು ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಜನರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದೆ.2024ರ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 26 ರಂದು ರೈಲ್ವೇ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ದೇಶದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೈಲ್ವೇ ಸೇತುವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ರೈಲ್ವೇ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರಿಂದ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ರಸ್ತೆ ಮೇಲಾಗುವ ರೈಲ್ವೇ ಸೇತುವೆಗಳು/ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸೇತುವೆಗಳ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ರೈಲ್ವೇ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ದೇಶದ 2,140 ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 40,19,516 ಜನರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.ಇದು ಭಾರತೀಯರ ವಿಶ್ವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸುವ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಆಗಿದೆ.1990 ರಿಂದ 30 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆವೃತ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಇದು ಭಾರತದ ಮೊದಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪುಸ್ತಕವಾಗಿದೆ.ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಕೃಷಿ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ, ಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ನಿಸರ್ಗ, ಸಾಹಸ, ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದಂತೆ ವಿಭಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.ಉದ್ಭವ: ಇದನ್ನು ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ 1853 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಂಬೆದಿಂದ ಥಾನೆವರೆಗೆ (34 ಕಿಮೀ)ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಗರ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು, ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರಿಂದ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಾರತದ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ದೋಚಲಾಯಿತು ಅಂದರೆ ಕಚ್ಚಾ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ರಫ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷ್ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಆಮದು.ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧಿಜಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೇಗಳು “ಭಿನ್ನ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಜನರನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಿ ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಿವೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೇ ಜಾಲವು ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆಯ ಹಳಿಗಳ ಅಗಲದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಮೂರು ವಿಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲು ಹಳಿಗಳ ಅಗಲದ ಪ್ರಕಾರದ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳು:
1. ವಿಶಾಲ ಗೇಜ್ (ಬ್ರಾಡ್ ಗೇಜ್): ಈ ಹಳಿಗಳ ಅಗಲವು 1.676 ಮೀಟರ್ (5 ಅಡಿ 6 ಇಂಚು). ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಈ ಅಗಲದ ಹಳಿಗಳು ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತವೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವು ಈ ಗೇಜ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.
2. ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಗೇಜ್ (ಮೀಟರ್ ಗೇಜ್): ಈ ಹಳಿಗಳ ಅಗಲವು 1.000 ಮೀಟರ್ (3 ಅಡಿ 3 3/8 ಇಂಚು). ಕೆಲವೆಡೆ ಈ ಗೇಜ್ ಹಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದು, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ.
3. ಸಣ್ಣ ಗೇಜ್ (ನ್ಯಾರೋ ಗೇಜ್): ಈ ಹಳಿಗಳ ಅಗಲವು 0.762 ಮೀಟರ್ (2 ಅಡಿ 6 ಇಂಚು) ಅಥವಾ 0.610 ಮೀಟರ್ (2 ಅಡಿ). ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ಮೂರು ಗೇಜ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆಯ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣವನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ಅಗಲದ ಹಳಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
June 22th 2024 Current Affairs :Indian Railways is included in the Limca Book of Records. This record is related to the number of people who participated in the public service program held simultaneously at many places. On 26 February 2024, the Ministry of Railways laid the foundation stones for the construction of railway bridges and various railway stations in different parts of the country by the Prime Minister through the media. The program was organized by the Prime Minister to inaugurate over-road railway bridges/under-road bridges and foundation stones of railway stations. 40,19,516 people participated in these events organized at 2,140 locations across the country. It is an annual publication documenting the world records of Indians. With more than 30 editions since 1990, it is India’s first and continuously published book of records. The records cover education, literature, agriculture, medical sciences, business, sports. , divided into nature, adventure, radio and cinema.Origin: It was first introduced in 1853 from Bombay to Thane (34 km).Introduced by the British to connect backward areas to major urban centers. India’s wealth was looted ie export of raw materials and import of British goods. Mahatma Gandhiji said that Indian railways “brought together people of different cultures and contributed to India’s freedom struggle”.
The Indian railway network is the largest in the world and the largest government-owned enterprise in the country. Based on the gauge of the Indian Railways, three divisions are made.
Gauge Type Divisions of Indian Railways:
1. Broad Gauge: The width of these tracks is 1.676 meters (5 ft 6 in). Tracks of this gauge form the main part of Indian Railways, and most are of this gauge.
2. Medium Gauge (Meter Gauge): The width of these tracks is 1.000 meters (3 feet 3 3/8 inches). At some places these gauge rails can be found, especially in backward areas.
3. Narrow gauge: The width of these tracks is 0.762 meters (2 ft 6 in) or 0.610 meters (2 ft). Used in hilly areas and complex places.
These three gauge systems cover the area of Indian Railways with different gauges of tracks.
2) ನಾಗಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಡ್ರೋನ್
Nagastra Drone
ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ನಾಪುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲಸಿರುವ ಸೌರ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ತಯಾರಿಸಿರುವ 120 ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ನಾಗಸ್ತ್ರ-1 ಕಾಮಿಕಾಜೆ ಡ್ರೋನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆ ನಾಪುರಿನ ಎಕಾನಾಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ಲೋಸಿವ್ಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (EEC) ಮೂಲಕ 480 ಲೋಟರ್ ಮ್ಯೂನಿಶನ್ಸ್ (ಕಾಮಿಕಾಜೆ ಅಥವಾ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಡ್ರೋನ್‌ಗಳು) ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಿದೆ.ಈ ಡ್ರೋನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಎಕಾನಾಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ಲೋಸಿವ್ಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (EEL) ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ Z-ಮೋಶನ್ ಆಟೋನಾಮಸ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. 75 ಪ್ರತಿಶತಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದೇಶೀಯ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.ಡ್ರೋನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇನೆಯ ಪುಲ್ಗಾವ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಗಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.ಡ್ರೋನ್ ಕಾಮಿಕಾಜೆ ಮೋಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಜಿಪಿಎಸ್ ಬಳಸಿ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಖರವಾಗಿ ಹೊಡೆದು ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಿದೆ.ಇದು 9 ಕೆ.ಜಿ ತೂಕವಿದೆ.ಹಗಲುರಾತ್ರಿ ನಿಗಾವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ, 1 ಕೆ.ಜಿ ಸ್ಫೋಟಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಯುದ್ಧ ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.ಇದು 4,500 ಮೀಟರ್ ಎತ್ತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರುತ್ತದೆ.
June 22th 2024 Current Affairs : The Indian Army has inducted 120 indigenous Nagastra-1 kamikaze drones manufactured by a solar equipment company based in Napur, Maharashtra. This is intended to enhance local defense capability. These drones are jointly developed by Economics Explosives Limited (EEL) and Bangalore-based Z-Motion Autonomous Systems Private Limited. More than 75 percent indigenous equipment is used. The drones are supplied to the Army’s Pulgaon arsenal. The drone operates in kamikaze mode. It is capable of accurately hitting targets using GPS and destroying the enemy. It weighs 9 kg. It has a day and night surveillance camera, a 1 kg explosive warhead. It has 4,500 It flies at a height of meters.
3) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯೋಗ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಯಾಡ್ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಜೂನ್ 21ರಂದು ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗವರ್ನರ್ ತವರಚಂದ್ ಗೆಹ್ಲೋಟ್ ಅವರು 2024 ರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯೋಗ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಯಾಡ್ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ತವರಚಂದ್ ಗೆಹ್ಲೋಟ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಹರ್ ಘರ್ ಯೋಗ ಮೂಲಕ ಭಾರತದ ಅಗ್ರಗಣ್ಯ ಯೋಗ ಪರಿಜ್ಞಾನ ನಡೆಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕಠಿಣ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಉದ್ಧರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧತಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಯೋಗದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನತೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.2024 ರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯೋಗ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಯಾಡ್ ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಯಾಡ್ ಥೀಮ್ ‘ಸ್ವತಃ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯೋಗ’ ಎಂದು ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.ಈ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯೋಗ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಯಾಡ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು (RIE), ಮೈಸೂರು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ ನಿಗಮ (NCERT), ದೆಹಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
June 22th 2024 Current Affairs : Karnataka Governor Tavarachand Gehlot inaugurated the 2024 National Yoga Olympiad in Mysore on June 21. Tavarachand Gehlot said that we are working hard to make Karnataka India’s premier yoga festival through Har Ghar Yoga. Quoting Swami Vivekananda, he showed the primacy of yoga’s contribution to Indian cultural religion and spiritual harmony.2024 This year’s National Yoga Olympiad fits the theme of this year’s Olympiad is ‘Yoga for Self and Society’. This National Yoga Olympiad is organized in collaboration with Central Education Department, Local Educational Institutions (RIE), Mysore and National Corporation of Education Research and Training (NCERT), Delhi.
