ಭಾರತವು 2024 ರಲ್ಲಿ G20 ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 7% ರ ಪ್ರಭಾವಶಾಲಿ GDP ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ದರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು X ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಂಡೋನೇಷ್ಯಾ 5% ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ, ನಂತರ 4.8% ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚೀನಾ. ರಷ್ಯಾ, ಬ್ರೆಜಿಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಫ್ರಿಕನ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶವು ಅನುಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 3.6% ಮತ್ತು 3% ರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ದರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಂತರದ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ಸ್ 2.8% ರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಏಳನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಜರ್ಮನಿಯಂತಹ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗಳು ಶೂನ್ಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ, ಆದರೆ ಅರ್ಜೆಂಟೀನಾ -3.5% ರಷ್ಟು ಸಂಕುಚಿತಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಬಲ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಾಧನೆಯು G20 ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

November 20th 2024 Current Affairs : Australia has introduced the Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early-Professionals Scheme (MATES) to enable Indians to live, work, and research in the country. Starting in December 2024, the scheme targets graduates from top universities and early-career professionals, allowing them to apply for visas under the International Relations (subclass). This visa permits unlimited travel to Australia and allows family members to accompany the applicant. Indians can pursue careers in renewable energy, mining, engineering, ICT, AI, finance, and agri-tech. Selection involves a pre-application ballot, where successful applicants can then apply for visas. The first phase of voting begins in December.

November 20th 2024 Current Affairs : SpaceX, owned by Elon Musk, successfully launched ISRO’s GSAT-N2 satellite from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, marking the first-ever joint satellite launch by ISRO and SpaceX. The mission utilized SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket on its 396th flight, delivering the satellite into orbit after a 34-minute journey. Developed by ISRO’s Satellite Center and Liquid Propulsion Systems Center, GSAT-N2 features a data transmission capacity of 48 Gbps and a lifespan of 14 years. Equipped with a multi-spot beam, it will enhance broadband connectivity, including in-flight internet services, ensuring seamless WiFi access during air travel across India.
